I am not upset the device is defective as it happens to the best of companies I was upset over the complicated process of contacting support. Roku is definitely the best streaming device available with fast and easy interface the most content so I'm happy this is getting resolved. It used to be much easier and faster but as long as they replace the defective item I'm happy. This is exactly what I wanted so I changed my rating to 4 stars lacking 1 star for the trouble I had to go through to get ahold of someone and the time it took to do so. I have finally been able to speak with a roku representative and they have assured me that I will be receiving a replacement roku in a few days with a return package.
